We start by having a warm cup of cocoa/tea, meditate in our own way, can connect with ourselves, the rhythm of life and set an intention/goal

We chant a mantra of love for ourselves and the world, end with a live sound healing/relaxation.

We stay in a moment and place and absorb the power of nature all around. You come to enjoy and put yourself in peace. Give yourself attention, gentleness and indulgence.

It is good to wear clothes that are comfortable and warm, bring a water bottle

Mattresses, blankets, pillows and eye rests are on site.
